High Fibre Breakfast Bar

Makes 12 servings

2 cups Large Flake Oats
1/3 cup ground Flaxseed
1 cup Flour
1 cup sweet shredded Coconut
1 cup dried Blueberries or dried Cranberries
1/3 cup shelled Sunflower Seeds
½ cup Lemon Juice
½ cup melted Butter
1 cup Honey Bunny™ liquid honey

Combine first 6 ingredients together. Set aside. Mix the last 3 ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Place into a buttered 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 325°F.
