Honey Rosemary Lemon Chicken

Serves 6-8

1 Kg or 2 pounds of boneless, skinless Chicken
1 cup Honey Bunny™ Honey
1 cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp chopped Rosemary

Mix the last three ingredients together.
Coat the bottom and sides of a baking dish with a spray cooking oil.
Place the chicken in the baking dish.
Pour the Honey mixture over the chicken pieces. Place into a pre-heated oven and bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
