1 kg (about 2¼ lbs.) chicken – skinless, boneless
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic- crushed
2 cm (about 1 inch) new ginger- grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Honey Bunny™ liquid honey
In a preheated wok, add oil and swiftly followed by the ginger and garlic. Add chicken that has been cut into 1 ” wide strips into wok and stir-fry briskly until browned; pour honey and soy sauce over chicken and stir-fry for about 15 minutes. This recipe can be varied by adding vegetables such as celery carrots, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli. If adding any or all of these vegetables stir fry the vegetables until almost tender- remove from the wok and then begin with the chicken recipe but double the garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce in the recipe. After chicken is cooked add back the cooked vegetables to the wok. Mix with cooked chicken and serve.
