Broccoli and Cranberry Salad

Serves 6 – 8

4 finely shredded Broccoli Stocks
1 cup dried Cranberries
3 stems Green Onions, finely chopped

Salad Dressing:
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Honey Bunny™ liquid honey
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Whisk together dressing; toss into first three ingredients.
Store in refrigerator until serving time.
