Serves 6 – 8
1 Kg or 2 pounds of Wild Salmon, cut into 2 inch wide pieces
1/2 cup Honey Bunny™ liquid honey
1/2 cup your favorite Mustard
Mix the last two ingredients together.
Coat the bottom and sides of a baking dish with a spray cooking oil.
Place the salmon in the baking dish.
Brush the Honey mixture over the salmon pieces. Place into a pre-heated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 350°F.
